This warranty covers all Zionta products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This includes:

    • Heating elements: Failure of the heating elements to function properly due to a manufacturing defect.
    • Batteries: Battery capacity diminishing below 80% of its original capacity within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
    • Chargers: Failure of the charger to properly function due to a manufacturing defect.
    • Zippers, buttons, and seams: Defects in workmanship that hinder functionality or durability.

What this Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear: This includes expected wear and tear from regular use, such as fading, fabric pilling, and minor cosmetic blemishes.
    • Misuse or negligence: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Loss or theft: We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers: This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Zionta retailers or our official website.

Making a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your Zionta product has a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

    1. Replacement or repair: If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will arrange for a replacement or repair of your product at our discretion.
    1. Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for returning your defective product and sending you a replacement.
