Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Zionta experience. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability).

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased from the Zionta Store website zionta Store  within the past 30 days.
  • In original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Batteries purchased separately cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at info@zionta.com  or by phone at +1 361-301-2343.
  2. Clearly state your intention to return or exchange and specify the item(s) involved.
  3. Upon confirmation, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

 

  1. Shipping and Processing Fees
  • Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.

 

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

 

  1. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Batteries are purchased separately.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
