We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Please note that our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York), excluding national holidays.

3. Handling and Processing:

Orders are carefully handled and processed Monday to Friday..
Please note that handling and processing times are typically 1-2 business days.

4. Delivery time:

Orders are delivered in 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after the handling and processing period. 

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Also, you can track it on our website order tracking page.(Order Tracking)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at  info@zionta.com  or by phone at +1 361-301-2343 within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@zionta.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
